Geospatial Data Curator

The University of Arizona (UA) seeks a talented GIS professional to join its Enterprise GIS (EGIS) team to help elevate and shape the impact of GeoSpatial services to the University community.

EGIS is UA’s enterprise platform for mapping, GIS and related GeoSpatial systems. Across the University's Mission, EGIS enables data-informed decision making, enhances user experience, and supports innovative solutions and integrations. EGIS is a team within University Information Technology Services (UITS), the University’s central IT department.

The GeoSpatial Data Curator position manages campus GeoSpatial data content, including data maintenance and documentation, collaborator support and training, and oversees key related GIS workflows and functions for University IT, operations, and administration. EGIS’ GeoSpatial content supports a broad range of critical web and custom products throughout the University.
